Good afternoon everyone, I’m hoping your weekend has been entertaining and restful.
I think people take for granted the simplicity of just laying in the sun and perhaps scratching your ears for a while. It does the body good.
I am striving toward a complete Zen existence; I treat each piece of life thrown at me with good humor, logic and bravery. I’ve been meditating in the evenings and have felt better than I have in years!! Not human years but dog years..I will tell you how I came to this new realization.
Last week our Mom and Dad had to go out of town and they were not able to take us with them. Usually when this happens we have a really cool pet sitter come and stay with me and Mollee. (not the typical teenager on the phone 24/7) However, to Mom’s dismay, she was unavailable. This put Mom into quite a frenzy, she wanted to cancel her trip and stay here with us, letting Dad to go and take care of business on his own.
I came up with a better idea and very slyly gave Mom the info she needed to carry out my plan. I had been hearing about a Pet Spa very close to our home from many of my doggie friends (you know when we’re at the park sniffing each other, we are actually communicating telepathically).
Any how that is how I came up with this place; everyone was saying you get your own room complete with a beautiful bed, television with unlimited movie access and a personal play pal. During the day you get a nice bubble bath and then an appointment with the manicurist, and to my complete satisfaction, a doggie masseur!
I wanted to go soooo badly. How I accomplished this was I went to Mom’s computer, pulled up the website and left it on for her to find. It worked like magic. I already had my bags packed, I was ready to go! Mollee on the other hand was not so willing to go. She pitched a fit that would have made Genghis Khan blush. She had no choice, she was going.
Upon arrival at the Spa, we were greeted and shown to our room. Mom got to tour the place and make sure she liked it and to my complete happiness, she approved. It was heaven, and it was there that I met a very interesting dog named Roshi. He is a spiritual teacher that taught me how to live in harmony with the world around me. He was trying to get Mollee to understand this but all she was concerned about was her boyfriend. I am going to go and meditate now…I need more enlightenment.
It is better to practice a little than to talk a lot…

So much to tell you guys..I’m gonna have to wrap it up quickly for you, I have a date in a little bit. (with Jose)
His Momma flew him out here!! Super kewl lady, dresses strange but she’s still kewl. So here’s the low down…we stayed at the “Puppy Spa” It was alrite…nothing like Monte says…(they didn’t let me use the Internet, that’s ok, I peed on their shoes).
Monte is duluzinal since he met the budeuh wanna be. He already gave up on his comedian act…totally okay, cuz he wuznt all that funny to begin with.
Jose is the funny one…he told me this joke…he wrote it for me…A german shepard, a rottwiler, and a chiwawa are sitting at the pool drinking a cool one and a beautiful maltese walk in and says to them, “Whoever can use liver and cheeze in a sentance can be my boyfriend.” The german shepard says “I love liver and cheeze”..not good enough sayz the maltese..the rottwiler says “I hate liver and cheeze”..too aggressive you bad dog, still no good says the maltese, at this they start to growl at her…the chiwawa sayz “Liver alone cheeze mine!”
Isn’t he divine?? Mommie bought me a pretty hat to wear on our date..we are going to a very nice place, I have to look my best. I got plenty of beauty rest last night so I will look terrif!! I’m gonna be rubbing paws with some of Hollywood’s most famous stars while Monte sits out on the rock garden choking on incense and pretending to be “Zen” Chhh..ok, whatever wags your tail, the only thing he has in common with Budeuh is the shape of his belly.
Okay my time has come to get ready…I’ll let you guys know how the date goes…
